I have met many who are insensitive, many who are not caring, then how this person which his shades can be of a rare occurrence..........

What you see is what you believe, you may have seen many people who are insensitive towards you, and in this case you need to come out of the well and see, that it was not always about you but they have their own choices, their own wishes for which they may drop their level of emotional security.
But if you seriously know someone who apart from giving those awesome, attractive vibrations but at the same time is like, this( and I repeat the qualities):

Mostly, I find them quiet, until they fully trust you(to increase one of their qualities)
